If it is for one of the major violations (warez, porn, etc), the account is frozen and then deleted after 14 or more days, depending on the purge queue.
If it is for inactivity or high resource usage, you can just unsuspend yourself. If you do no do so within 14 days of the suspension, the files/databases will be removed (if the site is that important, you would notice it is suspended).
