Account suspension inevitable

Hey!

My account/website keeps getting suspended for inacitivity even though I constantly log in on this website + I know there is traffic on my website!

I've created a ticket one - it was temporarily fixed. I made a topic once - my problem was temporarily fixed (http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/112734-account-suspended-inactivity.html)

However I am suspended once again and cannot seem to be unsuspended in any way. I would really appreciate if I could have some help on this.

Are you sure you were coming on these forums once every month?
If you don`t know please note that, Account panel and cPanel login is not counted towards activity. you have to login on forums.

I'm sorry for the very late reply. I hope I can still request support.

You are right about the activity part; I have not been logged in on the forums (I do not think at least)

What can I do in order to have my website put back up? My login says it's active and unsuspended but when I go to the website it redirects me to hosting.x10hosting.com.

Your account is working fine for me.Flush your DNS,clear cache and try again.

I've realized that my old account has vanished to this air, and I've lost all my files I had uploaded on the FTP.

I created a new account now though and it works with my old host (smsgratis.pcriot.com) however if I do not write www before it, it redirects me to x10hosting.com and says website not found. Why??

And I can't seem to be able to connect to the FTP through FileZilla or any other client, it only works through the cPanel. How can I fix this?

PS: I had already cleared my DNS cache to make sure that was not my problem

I've made a new account now, that's why it works. It seems my old account and all of it's content has vanished. This means I lost my website as I did not have the files backed up. Is there a way I can get it back?

Oh well, I've set up a new account and it works, but I can't connect to the FTP in any other way than using the webbased client offered by the official cPanel. Why is this? When connecting with FileZilla it says server cannot be found when I connect to ftp.smsgratis.pcriot.com :-(
