Account Suspension Message

I hav just been redirected, out of the blue, while trying to access a download on another site, to a page saying that my hosting account has been suspended, then, upon checking the reason for this, got a message saying "Error: This account is not suspended".

I have tried more than one download and i keep getting the same message...

It is becoming an inconvenience.

In case it makes any difference whatsoever i was trying to download a php login script on to my hard disk, not my hosting account, and i am aware that the policy on php has recently been changed.

If the php download is what is causing this error, how, if possible, can i fix it?

Some people get this suspension notice because they most likely do not login to the forums ( forums.x10hosting.com ) once every 2 weeks to let the staff members know who is active and who is not. I think you have to be logged in atleast a week prier to the suspension =3. So please remember to login to the forums every two weekends atleast. Edit:
Upon trying this on another computer, I have found that it is the same, showing that this account suspension message was not meant for me, but for whoever offered the dowload.

I Will find another login script.
