account suspension query

My account was suspended for high resource usage:

I have clicked the button for automatic unsuspension, however i seek help understanding the cause of the suspension as as far as i know i have no scripts in my site that would cause any problems, and during a strong peak in traffic about a month ago after getting linked on a popular site i had no problems with resource usage. The issue is further puzzleing as my account is has been caught up in the chopin issue (read as a statement rather than a complaint, i know the staff are working hard to resolve that issue) so hasnt been able to do anything.

I appreciate any help or information on this.

Your Account is not suspended at the moment...

But Your server is chopin and probably your account is one of those that are not successfully transferred to the new Server in recent Migrations. see http://status.x10hosting.com for more info.

Some transferred accounts on chopin are also discovering problems because of High load on server..

Wait for the transfer of accounts to be done. Everything will work after that.

my suspension report reads as follows:

suspension Feb 11 You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

unsuspension 3:05 pm not applicable


your implication is that i am to take it as an error as part of the general chopin problems rather than a seperate issue? If so apologies for dragging up the chopin problems again
