Account Suspension Unexplained

For www.asnz.exofire.net I get the following message:
Your Account is Currently Suspended
Your hosting account with the username is suspended, access to this account has been disabled. The reason for suspension is listed below.
Suspension Reason user transfered to another server.

Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.

THEREFORE: in order to resolve this issue I am opening this support ticket.

This suspension has affected my clients and my email for many days. I cannot possibly understand what I have done wrong. Can you tell me?

"Many days" though? It's 2 at tops, and the suspensions in question I don't recall seeing until today.
