maybe the reason of suspension my account is Nulled script...maybe yesterday i install vBulletin than i get from rapidshare...i know it is a mistake.
i want to know how can i remove vBulletin from my account? i cant use ftp or file manager to remove it. can you help me please?

x10Hosting has a zero-tolerance policy for using nulled scripts. You are breaking the law by using pirated software. You will not get your account or any data back.

Your account will be automatically terminated ten days after the date of your suspension. If you would like for your account to be deleted sooner, let me know and I'll escalate this thread to an account manager so they can add your account manually into the deletion queue to speed up the account removal process.

All right.

Normally I would ask if you have all your necessary back-ups, but you are not permitted access to your account after doing something that gets you permanently suspended.

I'll escalate this thread for you so an account manager can manually place your account in deletion queue.
