Dear Sir,
I am very sorry to announce that X10Hosting Support Center did not inform me about the reason of account suspension.
My x10hosting account has been suspended.My website has the message "Domain Available! Register Now."I cannot log in to cpanel and x10hosting.com. Please send me information regarding the reason of account suspension. If I create a new account can you help me to transfer the files from my account to my new account?

There is no account linked with your forums username
If you don`t login to forums in past 41 days then your account is already terminated.
x10hosting don`t take backups of terminated account.
Remember that You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity.
