Account suspension

Hi,

I got an account (alu.x10hosting.com) suspension warning because of "high system resource usage". I would like to get into more detail about these system resources, to solve them, if possible.

Also, should I order a premium hosting account, would these warnings be avoided? Could I upgrade the free account to a premium one in a "transparent" way?

Your account is not suspended at the moment.

Yes, If you order the premium account then the staff will move the account from free server to premium server.
