Account Suspension

My account has been suspended for some reason. It says this:

'Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.'

Please help asap.

Okay, I now know why it has been suspended. I re-read the terms of service and found this:

Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.

All I would like to know now is how long my account will be suspended for please.

I've found the answer here from the IMPORTANT sticky in this forum. http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/114005-important-information-must-read-before-posting.html#post649298 Proxies are listed here as part of the zero tolerance policy. Unfortunately, your account will remain suspended and then deleted within 10 days.
