Account suspension...!

Apologies ... In review of the Glype Proxy script on my account. I sincerely apologise for installing this script on my account. i did not remember that it is against your policy . i would like to know what steps i should take now regarding unsuspension ... can i go ahead and remove the script .. if thats possible.. the proxy is still needed but i have got an account elsewere that allows proxies an i will host the script there .. apolagies agian .. Unfortunately x10Hosting Cannot Unsuspend Your Account
it is under the Zero-Tolerance rules

So that would mean that i Have lost the account .. For good..! if so would you know if they would mind me opening a new account . under same information ..
x10 are a great service and lol that one day i believe will take over the internet .. lol but i sure wouldn't want to lose out over a proxy and a mistake ..

As Humza mentioned your account is Suspended Under Zero tolerance policy .It is permanently suspended and you will not get your account back or any backup.Your account will be terminated automatically
