Account suspension

I've been away and unable to access my email account and so missed the suspension warning. There are no instructions on how to reactivate the account in the suspension notification (other than open a support request). Please reactivate the account as it contains a site in which several students share learning material and prepare for upcoming exams. Thank you.

Will I recieve notification once the unpacking and restores are complete and the suspension is removed?
