my hosting account has been suspended as a result of using proxies which i was not aware of, but i promise i'm not going to violate your terms and condition anymore if my account is unsuspended, thank u.

This is a zero tolerance suspension. Proxies are clearly forbidden in the x10hosting terms of service that you agreed to when you signed up for an account. You should have read that. Your account is permanently suspended.
