Blank was a glitch in our illegal file scanner; it means you had been permanently suspended for something, but it failed to leave the note saying what.
For the benefit of the doubt, give me about 5 minutes and I'll know what you're suspended for.

India Web Proxy, permanent suspension. Thanks for making it easy by also having -only- that file on the account, it made it incredibly easy to figure out which file caused it and to investigate it further
