my account got suspended but i really dont why. i would want to know if my account can be reactivated

Had you logged into your account panel, you would see that the suspension reason flat out says this:
violation of x10hosting's terms of service. details: proxies are not allowed on x10hosting , this is a permanent suspension.
And just as it says, this is a permanent irrevocable suspension for uploading a proxy onto your hosting account, which we explicitly disallow in our TOS.
