You can't, The suspension falls under zero tolerance policy. So your account remains suspended.

You don't. You were permanently suspended for script hosting and file hosting; you had no valid website on your account, and instead it just downloaded a different website over and over and over.

You cannot be unsuspended or provided access to your account for any reason. Should've read the TOS - we meant it when we said it wasn't allowed.
