I'm not going to try and make any stupid excuses, I didn't read the ToS before and got suspended. Is it possible for my account to be reset so I can use it again or am I allowed to make a new one? I have read them this time to make sure I don't get suspended again.

The current account will remain suspended until terminated, which will be in no less then 14 days from now.
Granted you are not located in one of the countries that recently has been blocked due to being overrepresented among abusive users you would after that be able to sign up for a new account.
