Account suspension

Hello,
I have been suspended. How can I get my site back on line?
This site is a project for a college course which is due on the 28th January (French time).
If it cannot be hosted at x10hosting for free, I at least need to access cPanel or Joomla Backend to download my files and host it somewhere else.

Something on your site sucked up a lot of cpu and/or ram for an extended time so it got hit with a temporary suspension; if you installed any extra Joomla plugins I'd start looking at those first.

Site is unsuspending shortly.
