Account Suspension

Hello,

I tried logging in to my x10hosting control panel and found out that my site has been suspended.

I really dont understand why but the message i received shows violation of x10hosting terms and service. I have not uploaded any phishing site or any file of that nature. And i want to believe someone (third party) has hacked my account and now using it for fraudulent purposes.

Kindly review this and help bring my account back online.

I will get our head of terminations to explain exactly what's happened, however, even if you HAVE been hacked, you are still responsible for the security of your account.

And the magic of SSH strikes again. Care to explain why you've got a stolen copy of the gmail login in "index.htm" in the root of your account?

It's either Phishing, or Copyright Infringement for the theft of the entire front page. Both are permanent, so you cannot be unsuspended.
