I've noticed my account is suspended for defamatory, and I know that it is, most probably, because of chosen name. I need an access to the files to change that.

Under the acceptable use policy, this is a permanent suspension. It doesn't go over very well when we get an abuse report that I then end up verifying does indeed violate the acceptable use policy found at x10hosting.com/aup. As such, the account is permanently suspended, no further access allowed.

That's all ignoring that the site was in portugese and not in English, Spanish, or French as required by the TOS.
