You don't. Installing a botnet script isn't tolerated; the TOS made that quite clear under "constantly running scripts" and "illegal content." As such, this is a permanent suspension.

now i have a permanent suspension and my account is not deleted, i want to use it for something else so how do i get this permanent suspension lifted so i can upload my files.

As was said before, the suspension is permanent. You can have no further access to your account for any reason. It will be automatically deleted by the system sometime after 14 days.
