Account suspension

I have been receiving alerts to impending account suspensions due to inactivity but I have logged on to the forum and client files several times upon receiving the emails. So, I'm confused as to what is going on and if I'm logging on to the correct pages.

Currently your account is un suspended.To remain active login to forum once in 31 days.

You come to the Forum, http://x10hosting.com/forums/ and log in. Going through the Account Panel does not count.
