Account Suspension

My account has been suspended and when trying to open an appeal I get the following

Is there anybody I can speak to regarding this?

Due to the nature of the suspension, your account would be permanently suspended, we can not allow the hosting of an IPTV site, unless you can prove you have broadcasting rights to all content.
