Account Suspension

After several attempts at contacting support my suspension is still unresolved and unanswered. I've had this account under helpinghand.x10hosting.com and have been using helpinghand as the forum name but in the last 2 weeks I continue to get suspended each day due to not entering forum even after each day entering the forum. This site was to go paid next week but with all the problems I'm not sure if it is worth it.

How about some help?

The problem is there.
Your forum account "helpinghand" is linked to the forum account "amexsuit", and the hosting account "tbwa08" is not linked to any forum account.

You aren't allowed to have two hosting accounts, so please tell me which one you would like terminated, and which one you want to keep and get linked to your forum account.

drop the amexsuit and keep tbwa08.

I had explained that 2 accounts were set up under helpinghand in a email over a week ago but received no reply after 3x's of sending to support.
