good day sir/maddam, i got this message on my account i dont know why, because i did not upload any proxies, am new in hosting, so please help me verify and unsuspend my account , thanks see message below "August 25 at 8:54 pm suspension Violation of x10hosting's terms of service -
illegal content detected on hosting account.
Details: proxies are not allowed on
x10hosting , this is a permanent
suspension."

The proxy was detected by the highest admin of x10hosting, so yes, your account has a zero tolerance suspension. It will remain suspended until it's automatically terminated sometime after 14 days. No backups will be accessed nor provided.
