Account susupended

When i log in the control Panel everything is there but when i try to acsess the website i get told that my account is suspended
I have been recently suspended for inactivity but sent a request and got unsuspended so now im unable to go to the website

I got the suspension page to go away only to find your game files in violation of TOS. Your account is now permanently suspended.
