Account taking all day to un-suspend

Hi- sorry to have to post in here.
It's my own fault that I didn't log in soon enough, but I thought that logging into the word press installation was doing the trick.
Hi was offered the automatic unsuspend option but it's been stuck on "We are now unsuspending your account" for I don't know how many hours now.
I have seen on the forum that a couple of others had the same issue and had it sorted after posting the issue here. Are there any admins about that can help please?

I did it manually. Clear your browser cache and history before checking your freebie site.
