Account terminated?

Hi,

My cpanel account doesn't work anymore. If I look for suspension reason I get "It may have been terminated."
My site is: www.ez-think.com
My cpanel account: frenchy7 (not frenchy75 as my forum account)

You have reached the community-based support area. The people that mostly visit this section are not the staff members of x10. Account related questions usually will need to be answered through the official support ( http://support.x10hosting.com/ )

If your account was, indeed, terminated. All the staff will be able to do is tell you why it was terminated and instruct you on how to create a new account.

It appears there is no hosting account connected to your forum account. I hope you had a back up of your site.

You will need to open a ticket. There is a link in the first reply. But I'm sure all they will say is the "REASON for termination, please sign up again and make sure you follow the tems of service and do not host any illegal content on your area".
