account termination

is it possible to reactivate an account? I realise I have been inactive because of various circumstances, but hope to rectify this in the furture.

I don't see a hosting account attached to your forum account. If it was indeed terminated for inactivity, then there is no way to reactivate the account because termination on the free servers means permanently deleted. This is to make room for new active accounts. Feel free to sign up for a new hosting account. Make sure to log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php first so that your accounts are linked properly.

Remember also that it's required for you to log into these forums here at least once every 31 days to keep your hosting account active. Posting isn't necessary. Logins to your account panel and cPanel don't count as activity.
