I think there may be a mistake.

More than 1 account? please review and verify this to ensure that it's correct, i'm only aware that I have this account drs.x10hosting.com / drsx10ho.

As for the template regarding to suspended accounts:

cPanel Username: drsx10ho
Subdomain: drs.x10hosting.com
How long your account has been up: several days (unsure of actual count)
Did you have the ads placed on every page: Yes; text ad on the first, and equivilant banner on each page therefore after.

Any support would be much appreciated.

When you make an account through autocreate it records the ip address and e-mail and some other details. This is how we know there were multiple accounts. Any person with multiple accounts will be terminated. This is not allowed on the server. All accounts under that ip/e-mail address have been terminated. If you wish to read the terms of service again and re-apply I would think that would be ok.

One problem with that though, there are dynamic IP's and people with the same ISP occassionally get assigned an IP from a previous end-user.

As for the e-mail being unique per-registration, i've only registered once to my knowing with the x10hosting services.

And I had uploaded a considerable amount of data, added a few databases to an sql db, so if this could be resolved without a re-application i'd greaty appreciate it.

But.. that doesn't resolve my questions query.

Thank you for the support anyway, please get someone with more privilages to check to see what's happened.

I have all the privilages I need to check your account. If your ip was in there twice then thats why it was terminated. If there was a mistake made it should be corrected and it will be checked into

I understand that it is pressurable trying to manage all of this, maybe you should recruit more moderators/administrators, people are willing to work unpaid and do have webmaster and programming skills such as me. But this is unjustifyingly disrespectful =( Please take attention to this matter. I don't want to change to another host because x10hosting is preferably the most regarded 'free' hosting. Even if you remove my e-mail from your DB so I can sign up again; Even that would be greatly appreciated. So please.. do something for your fellow customers?
