My site is socialclub.x10.mx and I keep getting redirect to https://x10hosting.com/website-coming-soon
so I'm guessing my account need to get activated by an administrator?

How long does this take?

I can see it fine. You are apparently seeing a cached copy (cached in your browser or by your ISP) of the "Coming soon" set up page.

Clear browser cache and history. Close browser. Open browser, Check site.
