Account Unavailable

[jetutors]

Hi there,

Ive just started my own business and am in the process of setting up my website here. I've moved my domain name over www.jetutors.uk and completed the nameserver changes with the company I brought the domain from so they point to x10hosting.

I have installed wordpress 4.3.1 as my platform again through x10hosting on initial set up

if i type in www.jetutors.uk into the address bar, I get a screen that says:

Account unavailable
maybe account have been moved, deleted, suspended or not yet activated.
The requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the future

If i go to the address given when i signed up http://jetutors.x10host.com i see an index page with

Index of /

• cgi-bin/
• jetutors.uk/

like i say I'm completely new to this. Once i can get to the wordpress admin area, i know what I'm doing, this is the first time I've tried to set up a site myself on a server, so any assistance would be fantastic !!

how strange, if i type in http://jetutors.uk/ i get nothing ?? ill clear my cache etc and see what that does

Your ISP can also has DNS caching.
You can try using a different network with a different ISP.
Or you could try using a mobile network.
