Account unsuspended, but DOESN'T work?

Hi my account zilox.x10hosting.com and my addon domain ziltech.info , both arn't opening?


and when i try to long i cpanel...thats not working either. plus when i tried logging in to my account at x10hosting.com they said the following error:


An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.


Please look into this prob!

There are going to be some issues right now. I am going to be talking with Corey here sometime this morning regarding the situation at hand. I think what might have to be done is some of the accounts that were on the absolut server will have to have the domain entries manually added back into the data base. I won't know for sure until i speak with him.

I have went through the suspensions list and notice accounts not existing when i try to pull up the information. That does not mean that your account is not there. It just means that the entry is not there for me an Account Manager to see it.

So as soon as i talk to Corey i will let you know and possibly create(or Corey will create) a thread requesting your domain name.
