Account unsuspended but still blocked

MY account was suspended tdue to inactivity. I followed the instructions and link in the sticky above. My account management panel now shows an Account Status of Unsuspended but I'm getting the following message when I try to bring up a page of my account:

Your connection to this server has been blocked in the firewall.
You need to contact your hosting provider for further information.
Your blocked IP address is....

I get the same message whentrying to access the cpanel.

Do I just need to wait a while or do I need to take further action?

Well, the message you posted seems pretty obvious.
Says your IP address was blocked and to contact your provider.

You may want to take this information and open a ticket with support.

In rare occasions I have seen this happen.
You need to put x10 on your allow list or turn off firewall.

I am also getting the same error when tried to log in from one IP

I had an automatic scheduled FTP backup running every day for few months now. May be that's the reason?

How to unblock the IP again?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
