yesterday i requested to unsupend my account "pullmoll".
the suspension was lifted and now i tried to login to account panel again, but it said, that
An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.
Then i logged in cpanel to see my domains. i had two subdomains, pull-moll.pullmoll.x0hosting.com and messdiener-verwaltung.pullmoll.x10hosting.com, both didn't exist any longer. so i recreated them.
now when i'm trying to visit them, i'm redirected with the reason of suspension of my account (even if it was already unsuspended?^^) and when i try to "chek suspension reason", my account doesn't even exist, it says it's terminated!
please, can you help me, please?:dunno:
