this means that i can't unsuspend my account ??
and now i can't create a new account coz u don't accept registration from egypt .. can u help me in thiss issue ? i want to make a new account

Suspension is permanent.

And regarding the country-specific block.
The country aforementioned tops(>5%) the list of x10 service abusers.

And, currently there is NO manual provision to create new accounts.
