Hello. I want to upgrade my existing account to a premium account due my homepage suspension (too high cpu usage, bandwith and so on...)
Is it possible to upgrade my extisting account with all my data, my whole homepage, my existing mysql data and so on to a premium account?

Howdy;
After your new premium hosting account is setup you will have access to a client area where you will be able to open a ticket and request that staff move your free hosting account to your new premium hosting account.

Have you already signed up for premium hosting ?
Anyway, I checked and it appears that there is, indeed, a temporary issue with the client area login. Try again in an hour or two.

I have never heard of any issues with moving a free hosting account to a paid hosting account, but you will want to discuss any questions or concerns you have about this with staff by using the ticket system in your client area.

Good luck with your new premium hosting.
