My account was recently suspended due to not logging into the forums for two weeks. However, after using the Unsuspend function, the account is still suspended.
When I check the suspension reason I see the following:
Username: Emmental
Reason: You must login to the x10 Forums once every two weeks to keep your account active.
Suspension lift on: Press "Unsuspend Now" below to be unsuspended.
I click on "Unsuspend Now" and get told:
Your account has been unsuspended, thank you for using x10Hosting.
Once again, when visiting my site, I get redirected to http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ with the message "Hosting Account Suspended".
Needless to say I have logged into the forum before, during and after trying these steps. I have also tried logging out and back in again.
