Accounts Panel Problem

I am unable to log into the accounts panel.

My forum username is: ashwani_pal
My cpanel username is: ashwani

When i try to log into the account ie: x10hosting.com/account I get:

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

This error has been there for quite a while now.

I believe this problem is similar to mine: http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/30017-account-panel.html

But because the forum rule says i must post each individual problem in a new thread, i am creating this thread.

Everything else works fine.
I must appriciate the great service you guys are running that too for free!

Yeah, once the maintenance is done I'll see if I can fix it.

Was there ever a resolution to this problem? It is same trouble I am having.
