Accout Error message

I just tried to sign in to my account, and despite the login page saying that I had successfully logged in, I got this error message:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I haven't logged into the site in a few days, so I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but could someone please explain the situation to me?

This error is caused by the server transfers please wait until they are complete and the problem should fix itself.
