acount suspension notification

Hi,
don't understand why account is currently suspended, I don't think that I have done anything wrong on server or with my website project. My english is very bad and sometime it's difficult for me to understand each words in your terms. It's to ensure that I have possibilities to run video website, that I have posted ticket about php configuration for my website.
I have also read in forum that it's possible to have ffmpeg individually by posting a request.
waiting your reply about ffmpeg, I have disabled all possibilities to see website.

account was created on wenesday an website could not be ready and can't work without possibilities I related in my first post

Your account as suspended for running file hosting on your site. Not understanding the Terms of Service does not constitute a valid excuse for breaking the rules. This is a permanent suspension and you will not be allowed access to your files prior to their deletion.
For the record, ffmpeg would not be installed for any single user as all users share the same server instance and ffmpeg is a huge resource drain, even more so for a shared server. If you need access to custom executables then the minimum you would need is a VPS.
