Activate my free webhosting after being suspended

hello !
i was not aware of the terms and conditions at x10hosting.com, and i stupidally uploaded a illegal proxy to my x10hosting.com account. This is the error i get:

Violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. Details: proxies and proxy scripts are prohibited on x10hosting's servers.
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.

Please Help Me ! I Love your guys free web hosting product, and is one of the only places i can find that actually has cPanel ! you guys are awesome. Thanks for reading !

Please note that you agreed to the terms and conditions when you created your account.
As proxys fall under zero tolerance, your account won't be unsuspended and you won't be offed a backup.

Why would ANYONE agree to something that they did not carefully read?
I really cannot understand that.

According to that statement you were aware that you were uploading illegal content. So, apparently you were perfectly aware that you were doing something wrong but did it anyway.
And after all of that you expect x10Hosting to just "forgive and forget"?
Interesting. But not going to happen.
