Activation of my account.

I created an account for domain computerquip.x10hosting.com and it would not allow me to login into the cPanel. So I checked the FAQ. I think you need to upgrade that to be honest . Beside the point, I checked the forums, and none of the solutions provided were providing me with true help. So I resulted into checking out the IRC Support Chat. Chougard then told me to create a topic on the forums because of the fact that you guys are having problems with the current signup system. So, here I am hoping that you can help me activate my account. I hope I gave enough information. My cPanel Username is ab802069.
