Active account but website timing out

My account is active, but my website has stopped appearing. I can see my files in my FTP app and in the cPanel, but if I type the url into the browser, even something simple like a textfile, such as http://craiggrummitt.x10hosting.com/robots.txt, I get:
The connection has timed out
The server at www.craiggrummitt.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

Your hosting account is on Lotus. There is some maintenance happening.

When do we anticipate it back on line? I may have to go to a different hosting service, I need my website up.
