Active Account flagged inactive by the x10 system

My account has been suspended due to so called inactivity...
My account has been active , with 2 logins per day and yet has been declared to be inactive for more than 48 days
How come is this possible

Please check the account activity details and Unsuspend my account ASAP

When you say "2 logins per day", are you talking about logging in here, with your Forum username and password?
