Ad-Enhanced account creation...

Hey, I signed up for the Ad-Enhanced, Corporate package and confirmed by the email I recieved. However I have no confirmation of this account being created? The sign-up process estimated 5+ days until it was created.
I would really like to know the status of my account.

just open a ticket for "official" support, might get better help
