AD Enhanced problem

I get this message wen i try to go to my account panel:

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

BUt i thought i signed up for ad free ?? so ionno wats going on. is it something im doing wrong?

it may have been a typo but you must have your forum account and cpanel account linked either way

its a common problem suddenly. i have the same problem along withh a couple of others
