I signed up yesterday and was able to login as soon as I received my confirmation email.

Today I logged in and the following message was displayed.

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Account name is Dhryn
server is lotus I think.

Hosting account "dhryn" doesn't exist on our servers. You were able to login to your AMP, but not to cPanel, right?
PM me the following information and I'll manually create your account:

I will post my reply here instead and hope you get it.

I was able login to my account on the x10hosting.com home page, but unable to today.

I am unable to reach either my site or my cpanel.

Account created. I've PMed you your account information.
You may need to clear your cache and temp files, and then make a flush of your DNS to be able to reach your website.

Check if your account is working correctly now.

Thankyou for your help.

I can now login to the x10hosting.com website, aswell as see my website and the cpanel, however I am unable to login to the cpanel. If you could solve this for me aswell it would be fantastic.

I can see my website, but I am unable to login using the address you provided and the details that I entered when signing up.

When I sent you the PM, I sent you a new password.
Check the PM and login with that password, you'll be able to change it once you're in cPanel.

Tell us if that password works or not-

My mistake, I overlooked the new password *face goes red*
