Ad Free Error/problem

Since i have been with the ad free hosting i have had nothing but Internet cannot display this page or
DNS Error - Server cannot be found

i have put alot of work into the new site but members cannot get onto it all because of this error . please sort it out . .

Moved to level two support
Note for admin: Using OpenDNS CacheCheck gave NXDOMAIN error on random locations every time I refreshed it.

It seems to be occuring quite a bit now too can this be sorted

Can you access http://hg.pcriot.com/ ?
Please do a ping and a tracert to hg.pcriot.com and paste the results.
