Is my site (http://syncproductions.exofire.net) within the rules regarding ads?
I ask because somewhere (either tos or one of the things one of the staff posted I forget). said it must be visible without scrolling (really unhelpful btw seeing as that depends in if my borwes window is 640*480 or 1600*1200...).
But then here (which is the tut I followed to find the right file for phpbb3 which is posted by an X10 staff hosting (So is presumably correct in terms of rules) instructs people to place them in a footer which will pretty much never be on screen without scrolling

So basicly I want too know the following:
1) Is my site breaking the ad rules? (if so the main site and/or forums)
2) Can someone from x10 staff make this rule more clear to me as it seems "without scrolling" varies" between users (eg for me pretty much every page on my main site has the ad visible without moving the screen but that is most likly not true for people with lower res screens. Or those that have changed there browers default text sizeing to larger)
3)If Ive got to move it suggestions on where to put it that a- doesn't look out oof place and b- is within the rules are welcome
