Ad Programs?

I am looking for ad programs, like Google's Adsense ...

Something that pays, but may not have as strict or tight restrictions like Adsense.

Any ideas? I see a bunch as I surf the net, but don't know what those companies are.

Why tell me about a company if its a scam? Why are they a scam, I guess I should say.

BidVertiser is not a scam, I got $20 from them, I don't use them anymore though.

I would recommend, Clicksor and Google Ads?

I still need to get my site in some sort of working order before any of the ad companies will accept me. *laughs* ...
The sad thing is, some of them want 1000 page views or more ...

BidVertiser never payed me for my $50, I contacted them and they replied the first few times saying that it would be done, then after a few months I just gave up. Maybe something I did wrong, but it took me almost a year to get $50 and I followed the TOS and I NEVER GOT MY MONEY.
